TAFS is an independent school and admission is a matter of the discretion based on professional criteria.
Selection Criteria :
TAFS Admission Policy and selection criteria are based on merit. The student must have a successful history of academic performance and appropriate personal conduct.
The candidates will have to qualify the Aptitude Test and Interview. If as a result of his / her test and interview, your child is not considered eligible for admission into the level / class for which admission is being sought, then the possibility of accepting him/ her in any other class will not be considered unless the child is re-registered and re-tested for the particular class/ level.
The interaction is designed to familiarize your child with the school environment, understand his/her strengths and what makes him / her unique because TAFS believes that every child has individual talent and multiple intelligence which we would like to develop further, while encouraging new talents to be discovered.
After the student's interaction, a school staff member will meet with the parent as well. This is an opportunity for us to meet with parents one-on-one. The interview is conducted in a cordial and relaxed manner. The main idea is to know the prospective student and his/her family well, understand the interest and the achievements, the reason for choosing TAFS.
